Just as you begin to get used to being in an unimaginably open landscape, you visit Ngorongoro, and explore being inside a great bowl. The origin of all life on earth becomes a movie running in your head, as you move around in this crater, home to thousands of animals.
As you travel between Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, interact with local tribes who have maintained their forest lifestyles for hundreds of years, and take in Africa.

Your Indicative Wild Itinerary (remember, this is completely customisable):
Day 1: Arrival
Arrive at Kilimanjaro airport excited about your adventure! You’ll be picked up and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Rest the evening, and prepare for your adventure!
Day 2: Welcome to the Jungle
Check out after breakfast and drive with your packed lunch to Lake Manyara National Park. An incredible first view into Wild Africa.
Look out for the Lions that climb trees in this lush forest, but don’t miss out on the exotic birds and monkeys!

Day 3: The Bowl of Life Beckons
Have an early breakfast, and depart for Ngorongoro, armed with your picnic lunch. Today, you’ll be driven into the Ngorongoro Crater for your safari experience, the place where life began! Have a surreal picnic lunch by a hippo pool and continue your game drive. What can be better than a giant volcanic bowl that’s full of the wildest beasts?

Day 4: Meet the Serengeti
After an early breakfast, drive to the Serengeti, and see what all the fuss is about. Safaris in the savannah are guaranteed to take your breath away!

Days 5, 6: The Endless Plains
The word Serengeti literally means “endless plains,” and over these days, you will realise that no amount of time can be defined as “enough” to explore this place. Pack your lunch and spend the day out in the wild. Pictures and excited squeals will abound as you spot lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, rhinos, hippos, and the odd ostrich! Of course, you’ve got to be lucky to spot anything, but extremely unlucky if you don’t!
Morning and evening game drives in the Serengeti, and dinner at your camp. You can also opt for a hot air balloon ride and observe the wild from up above.

Day 7: On to the sands
Have an early breakfast, and start your game drive, except this time, on the way to the Seronara airstrip. Take in the views and say goodbye to the wild, for now.
A mid-morning flight will take you to Zanzibar, where you will be picked up and transferred to your resort at one of the most beautiful beaches the island has to offer. Relax the rest of the day and take in the views of azure blue waters.

Days 8, 9: Paradise
With breakfasts included in your plan, it is time to explore White sands and blue waters in this piece of heaven on earth!

Day 10: Explore a Town
Check out at leisure after breakfast, and you’ll be transferred to Stone Town. Explore the historic town, its markets, sights and smells this day. The place is steeped in history.

Day 11: Fly Away
Pack in a sumptuous breakfast, for it is time to say goodbye to the magical continent for now. Until next time. You will be transferred to Zanzibar airport where you can catch your flight back home.
